Reclaiming safety as a survivor can feel impossible, but there are many people and organizations whose job it is to support people like you.
Below are a number of national resources and helplines you can contact 24/7 for mental health support and/or crisis intervention.
Asking for help is an important and difficult first step, and we hope that these resources will help you feel seen, safe, validated, and supported.
Raliance:
A state-by-state rape crisis center directory. Helps you locate survivor support near you.
You have the RIGHT:
This Colorado based resource has information on where you can find services in that state, but is also a good resource for anyone who is deciding what to do after a sexual assault.
